Producers such as DJ Spinna one of the worlds most respected hip hop producers provides a Latin influenced beats track which originally featured on the b-side to Spinna’s first house track which was released on Tronicsole. Solebeats also contains a DJ Spinna remix of Electric Souls 'Everyday' which was produced by Phil Asher and Luke McCarty.
Phil Asher and Luke McCarty (Restless Soul) also feature with a remix of an unreleased track by vocalist Lisa Shaw. Lisa Shaw has also featured on labels such as Naked Music and with artists such as Rae & Christian.
'Emancipation' is a perfect example of the black electronic soul that Ashley Beedle and Marc Woolford have been producing for the past decade as the Black Science Orchestra.
Jigmasta and Beyond Real rapper, Kriminul, features on this exclusive Guiro track, 'Rhythm Revolution'. This is also released as a 12” containing a remix from Sidewinder.
Left-of-Centre label Fenetik to which Sidewinder is signed to provide the Pablo track by Michael Hunter that is a disco/funk influenced downtempo dance record that received heavy dj support from the likes of Ashley Beedle, Gilles Peterson, Mark Rae, Jazzanova, Rainer Truby and Ben Wilcox.
This album also received radio support from Gilles Peterson (Radio 1 UK) and Paul Welsh (Radio Clyde Scotland).
